Brand Shopi Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions
By joining the Brand Shopi Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission & Payments
- Affiliates earn 3% commission on the net product amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
- Commission is credited once an order is marked as “Delivered” and past the return/refund period.
- The minimum payout threshold is €10.
- Payouts are made via PayPal or Bank Transfer, usually within 7–14 business days after a request is approved.
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout structure, or program terms at any time.
3. Tracking & Cookies
- We use cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is 30 days.
- If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, tracking may be lost.
- You will only earn a commission if the purchase is completed within the cookie duration using your referral link.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
- Use false or misleading claims about Brand Shopi.
- Promote using spam, fake reviews, or misleading ads.
- Use their own referral link to make personal purchases.
Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions.
5. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.
- Affiliates may request account cancellation at any time by emailing us at support@brandshopi.com
